2025 AVASLP Conference

Conference Abstract: This course focuses on a variety of topics related to the practice of speech-language pathology within Veterans Health Administration and Defense Health Agency medical settings. At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to describe and apply the most recent advances in the assessment and treatment of Veterans and Active-Duty Service Members with disorders of communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Satisfactory Completion Requirements :
Certificates of completion will be awarded after active attendance at the convention, submission of a completed evaluation and submission of a completed assessment of learning. A copy of the assessment and evaluation will be provided along with the self-certification for conference attendance, during the initial registration process on the first day of the conference. All three forms must be turned in at the end of the conference to be awarded a certificate of completion.
